November 18th, 2008

When visiting Las Vegas, the casinos can transform you to another place and time. This is one of the biggest draws to the city. Many people can gamble in their own cities. They don’t come to Las Vegas just for the gambling, but also for the experience. The grand casino/hotels that are built like castles, pyramids, New York City and in this case Paris, are part of what generates excitement and wonder. This, perhaps even more then gambling, is what brings people to the city. Just about everything in Las Vegas is over the top and it’s visitors appreciate and enjoy that.

The Paris Las Vegas casino is no different. Outside the casino, there is a replica of the Eiffel Tower, the Arc De Triomphe, and the Louvre. Inside, the actual casino itself continues this theme with Parisian decorum. There is a sort of a light and airy feel to the interior. There are lots of great restaurants and a night club. Individuals looking to gamble will find tons of slot machines, keno, table games, poker and sports betting.

Persons looking for live entertainment will find comedians and hypnotist amongst other performers. Paris has a spa for its’ guests as well as a fitness center. Individuals who want to shop will be able to do so at some of the upscale boutiques. There is a roof top pool area which includes a whirlpool, a French garden and an outdoor swimming pool. November 18th, 2008

Luxor is one of the Las Vegas casinos which will take you back in time and to another place. In this case, the Luxor is attempting to take you back to ancient Egypt. If you have never been to Las Vegas and have only seen pictures, the casino built like a pyramid is the Luxor. The Egyptian theme is duplicated in the interior of the casino as well. The hotel/casino is pretty large. It has 30 stories and two towers for guest rooms. Individuals that want to make their trip to Las Vegas and the Luxor extra special may opt for one of the larger rooms and suites. Few places know how to pamper its’ guests like Las Vegas and so you can be assured that an upgrade might help take your trip to the next level.

Las Vegas is one of the best places to gamble in the world. All of the casinos on the strip will offer you the same caliber of gambling and games. The Luxor has the standard Las Vegas gaming options with lots of table games, slot machines and even a special area for high rollers.

The Excalibur is one of the most well-known casinos in Las Vegas. Built to look like a castle, the casino’s whimsical exterior is part of its’ charm. The large, over-the-top, themed casinos, are part of what makes Las Vegas so exciting and draws people in. The Excalibur is no different. The casino definitely delivers on this front. In pretty recent years, Las Vegas has attempted to reposition themselves from being a city with only adult entertainment, with gambling being only a part of it’s allure, to one where the whole family can enjoy. To that end, you will find that many of the casinos, including the Excalibur, offer attractions that are great for the entire family. Today, families don’t have to go to Disney World or Disney Land for a vacation. Las Vegas is a much cheaper alternative.

The Excalibur has a lot of great things to offer their guest including live shows, a spa, an expansive swimming pool, upscale places to shop and delicious places to eat. Guests and their families may want to eat at the Tournament of Kings, a live dinner show.

The Bellagio is an expansive casino which spans over 120 acres. Positioned right on the strip, they are a good option for those interested in visiting Las Vegas and taking in the attractions. They offer much more then just gambling, which makes it a great choice for even non-gamblers. Las Vegas is now just as much of a draw for their non-gambling attractions as they are for their gambling. It is a little difficult for non-gamblers to resist testing their luck and pulling the slots at least a couple of times, however, there are plenty of other activities and attractions for them to partake in.

The Bellagio has nearly 3000 slot machines, over 100 gaming tables and a few dozen poker tables. They also offer sports and race betting. The main casino’s decorum is typical. There are lots of large chandeliers, dimmed lighting and mirrors. This part of the hotel is brimming with people and activity.
